Enquiry handling is based on taking steps at your request before a possible contract and, where applicable, legitimate interests in running and protecting the business. Final retention periods require legal review before launch.
Processors and transfers
Hosting is planned on a Hetzner server in the EU. Resend is the planned transactional-email processor. The final analytics provider, transfer safeguards and processor details will be added after configuration and legal review.

Depending on the applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD). Contact details for exercising rights must be confirmed before launch.

The site limits submitted data, validates requests, applies abuse controls and does not create a separate marketing profile or lead database at launch.
